Job Title: HR Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads and communicate HR policies effectively.
Manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

3–5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of payroll administration, Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
